두 개의 공장은 남서쪽과 북쪽 지역에 시공할 예정이며 중앙아시아 국가들에게 안정적으로 시멘트 공급을 할 수 있을것으로 예상된다. 새로운 공장은 Mangistau 지역의 1백만톤과 Akmola 지역의 2백만톤 규모이며 카자흐스탄의 서쪽과 북쪽지역의 시멘트 수입을 억제시키고 수출과 시멘트가격을 상승시킬 것으로 전망한다. 정부에 따르면 2013년의 10달간 카자흐스탄은 6.2백만톤을 생산하였고 1.6백만톤을 수입하였다. 국내생산은 국내필요량의 80% 수준이었다. 이탈시멘트도 ShymkentCement 공장의 설비들을 현대화하고 있으며 지난달 1.2백만톤 규모의 생산설비의 시공식을 가졌다. 2015년에 완공할 예정이며 기존의 습식설비는 폐쇠할 예정이다. 그러나 1.28백만톤의 시멘트 분쇄설비는 그대로 사용할 예정이다. - 출처 : International Cement Review ※ 원문 Kazakhstan set to see the launch of two new plants in 2014 Published 17 January 2014 Two new plants are set to be launched in Kazakhstans southwestern and northern regions this year, helping the central Asian country achieve its aim of self-sufficiency in cement supply. “The launch of new production facilities — Caspiycement in the Mangistau region (1Mta) and Kokshecement in the Akmola region (2Mta) — will allow to completely refuse from cement imports, increase cement export, and curb seasonal price increases for cement in the west and north of Kazakhstan,” a spokesperson for the Ministry of Innovation and New Technology of Kazakhstan told the Times of Central Asia. According to the ministry, in the first 10 months of 2013, Kazakhstan produced 6.2Mt and imported 1.6Mt of cement. Domestic output accounted for 80 per cent of local requirements. Italcementi is also modernising its ShymkentCement plant in southern Kazakhstan and last month held a groundbreaking ceremony for a new 1.2Mta kiln line . Following the launch of the new line in mid-2015, the existing wet capacity will then be closed down. The cement milling capacity will remain unchanged at 1.28Mta. |
